Analysts at JP Morgan Chase & Co. raised their rating on med-tech goliath Boston Scientific (NYSE:BSX) from "underweight" to "neutral." Researchers took a dimmer view on BSX rival Abbott (NYSE:ABT), downgrading its shares from "overweight" to "neutral."
